Did you know when a caterpillar starts to eat lots and weave a cocoon around itself, it has no idea of the transformation that's about to happen.
It just puts it self in a safe position, gives itself plenty of nutrition and allows the process.
So sometimes when we feel like we're sluggish and we want to stop it's important to nurture ourselves and let the transformation take place.
